Ronie Biando is a former editor of the Adamson Chronicle (1997-1998, I think). Now he’s a licensed architect working for the firm Palafox Associates. He was interviewed by Sandra Aguinaldo here in this week’s edition of I-Witness, in which Ronie shows Sandra the Palafox vision for the rehabilitation of Pasig River. Ronie appears near the end of this segment. I’m sure this made waves in Bicol, eh, Ronie? I can imagine your dad killing a bunch of livestock and hanging a welcome banner in the town square.
