I believe one of China Daily’s gallant “copy-and-pasters” made a little mistake in copying and pasting this report from Reuters. The report was about Sinag, the solar-powered car designed and built by students from De La Salle University.

The original title must have been “Indonesian drives self-designed solar-powered car,” (see image above) which has been indexed by Google and still appears on searches. As my sister would say, “Hello?”

China Daily must have realized its mistake, so hastily deletes “Indonesian,” but strangely leaves it at that and doesn’t bother replacing it with “Strange, clever brown monkeys”…. Alright, “Filipinos.” So the current title (”Drives self-designed solar-powered car”) lacks a doer and serves as the smoking gun.

I wonder why China Daily continues doing this thing. I’ve probably caught them committing something like this three times in the past six months. Maybe they should hire me.

gah!!! that is some kind of journalism, huh?

oh this is more interesting. i saw this korean movie “summertime” a few nights ago. actually i saw it a lot of times before and recently realized that the plot is exactly the same with “scorpio nights”. yesireee!!! the movie that catapulted the so-called pumping, errr, acting career of daniel fernando and proved the directing prowess of peque gallaga.

i googled “summer time” to find if there’s any way that the movie’s press release would mention the fact that the movie’s plot was copied from from one of the philippine’s greatest porno flick of the 80’s. nada. nothing. opso. wala.

oh, for those who are curious… don’t bother watching it. scorpio nights, with all the rated x stuff, is still a lot better. i need not say why.

there is one, readily available in any video rental shop there in pi. ;>p

uso pa ba mga video shop? last i rented in video city, back in 2004, they begged me to rent 4 to get 1 free. kase alang benta dahil sa mga pirata. ahahhaha!!!

btw, scorpio nights 2 is crappy compared to the original one. y’all should see the condensed milk. =D

no, not that one. i haven’t even heard of that movie. gahh. judging from the comments, it sucked.

i was talking about this which was also directed by peque. manilyn reynes was invited to a town fiesta by her aswang classmate. rex cortex is the head aswang and richard gomez is like parang extra lang pero niluto sha ng mga aswang.
